“The actual room was the most disappointing. Old furniture and bedding. The breakfast was delicious. The grounds were maintained. The common areas were all clean. We would stay again for convenience... across from event center a block from Front street, great location.”

“We were there for a short stay for a conference, so not much sightseeing was done, but the hotel is in very short distance from the University and great surrounding restaurants.”

“We always bring a black light with us to check the bed for fluids and bed bugs. We needed a new fitted sheet, but there were none available. So, we slept on the mattress pad instead. The shower and rest of the bathroom were gross. Breakfast was good”

“The property is easy to get to and walking distance to historic downtown. It was nicely decorated and pleasant on the inside. It is right on cane river as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable. The host provided the wealth of information and was quick to answer any questions. She’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the community. Highly recommend. ”
