“I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay.”

“Upon entering our room, there was hair in the shower and it didn’t appear cleaned. There was a wedding band on the floor, which means they might not have vacuumed. While staying there, the elevator broke twice and our tv broke once. During our entire four day stay, not once was our room serviced — we were only provided one roll of toliet paper and bought our own from the store along with Clorox to clean the bathroom with. There’s also no fan in the bathroom, so showers fill the entire room with……

“Checking in was horrible ! Got to our room and the room was dirty. Bed wasn’t made , clothes from previous guess laying on the floor , bugs in the sheets! Breakfast was horrible! The man that was putting the food out was cleaning with gloves then fixing food with the same gloves. Parking is sketchy as well. ”

“Room smelled like mold/mildew. Stains all over couch, walls, and carpet. Ice box was turned off. Old coffee was left in coffee pot. Painted over Water damage on bathroom door. A/c struggled to keep room cool. Pictures online Definitely are outdated. ”

“We felt very safe at this hotel. however it was not the cleanest and most of the facility needed an uplift. I would stay here again for its cheap price but it needs some improvements.”
