“Probably the nicest place I have stayed. Very large room and bathroom, exactly like the pictures. Lush pool area, shaded by beautiful plants and trees. Lovely family run staff who just can not do enough for you, and amazing value for money. Highly recommend”

“This hotel is a bit far away from town, however, they offered the free ride service which is incredible! The staff there are very friendly and the bed is extremely comfortable. Some part of hotel is under maintenance right now. This could be very noisy and I made complaint twice and the staff kindly offered me the massage. In general, I feel like some service needs to be improved - e.g. the housing staff will not refill the snack/drinks until you asked them to as well as no one will come to……

“The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps……

“優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。 其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。 1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。 2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk……

“As we checked in at around 11PM, there were a numbers of mosquitoes in the room. As my request to send us any prevention and staff came up with a can of RAID which effects mosquitoes and also human being... It's a very long night...”

“The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. The property is great with the rooms surrounding two lovely pools. The food was universally good. And the room was excellent. Especially the huge semi-outdoor bathroom with a massive bath. (And, of course, shower.) As was the service. 20 minutes in one direction, Angkor Wat. And, in the other, the center of Siem Reap. It was ideal for five days of visiting the temples, providing both comfort and escape from the heat. Congratulations to all hotel……

“Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. The room 111 is spacious and well maintained, and we were served with a complementary fruit and cheese plate with a bottle of wine. The entire mansion is like a paradise and you can truly……

“Breakfast was amazing and served on your balcony at the time set by you. The staff were phenomenal, you started walking towards the sun beds and they were running over with towels and pillows. We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. Do not book tour tours before arriving, we just booked Angkor wat tickets direct and then used the hotel tuktuk tours. Free tuktuk to town every……

“A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size.
