"We were very fortunate to receive an upgrade upon our arrival. The room was huge and very clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. There are lots of amenities such as pool, sauna, spa, exercise room, pool tables . Property is very well maintained and conveniently located."

"Excellent hotel, great location, walkable to many places and attractions. Lots of places to dine and shop. Hotel is clean and well decorated. Room is big with a bathroom that is well sized, came with a stand alone shower and a bathtub. Good bathroom amenities. Staff are friendly, smiling and greeted us everytine we crossed paths. Buffet breakfast had a varied menu with local, asian and western options along with a wide variety of drink options. Very happy with this hotel and well worth the 4 star rating, i would stay there again just make sure you book thanh lich boutique hotel as there's another hotel called thanh lich that is in a different location."
