"Three guests arrived between 8:00 and 9:00 am from overnight flights. The hotel front desk refused to prioritize cleaning rooms for us. There were people checking-out right in front of us, yet they made three older adults, all over 60, and one over 75, wait FIVE hours in the lobby for our rooms. They tried to tell us to pay an extra night if we wanted to sleep. They were cruel and unprofessional. It was an utterly disgusting experience."

"Upon checking into the room, there was black mold in the closet of the bedroom. And wet towels hanging inside of it. The owner was immidately defensive and refused to give a refund as i was due to stay in the unit for 7 nights. I took photos and he said it was perfectly fine to stay in a room with black mold. After speaking with expedia, he offered 50% and eventually offered 75% return, bc he double booked the room after i contacted expedia due to the biohazard. Was very rude, bc i checked out within 30 min of entering unit (black mold isnt worth it) . Would not recommend at all. "

"Nice, clean, easy stay. Neat little apartment, right next to a bus and subway stop and in walking distance from the bars and restaurants in Barrio Italia. Very responsive host. Pleasant experience all around. "
