Great location

This is our second year at Summerwind. We love the access to the beach and pools and the smoothie bar. This unit’s living area was larger than the one we had last year, plenty of room for 7 adults to sit and visit and watch TV. We had a maintenance issue but Pensacola Beach Rentals responded quickly to take care of the issue.

Was perfect for our group! Beautiful pier and gulf views, we could see dolphins playing from the balcony. It fit 5 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Being walking distance from the pier and a few restaurants with such close beach access is great.

We had a blast at this condo. Perfect size for our family, great view very clean and nice beds. Blue couch was a bit uncomfortable. It’s a great neighborhood and area and it was not too crowded. The only issue was that the elevators broke for a whole day and we had to climb 13 flights to get up and down with our toddler. Otherwise we had a great time!
