We absolutely loved Summerwind! Clean and private beach! Totally different from Destin and not as crowded! The rental agency was amazing and communicated prior and during the trip! We will definitely be back!

The room was really beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing. The a/c struggled a bit keeping it cool, especially at night. The fans in each of the bedrooms made a clicking noise at certain speeds. Other than those 2 issues it was a really nice stay.

Very clean and family friendly

We loved staying here. Every family in our party had their own bathroom which was so nice- especially after coming in from the beach. They had a huge flatscreen that our infant loved to watch his favorite shows on. Our five year old loved that they provided board games and puzzles. They also provided a beach wagon and chairs for us to use. We had everything we needed and had an awesome time. We didn’t realize the balcony wrapped around so we could see the front of the condo showing the beautiful bridge as well as the back side showing the beach and pools. We could sit out there all day and listen to the waves. This condo had a lifeguard stand very close by on the beach which we also appreciated.
