  • This beautiful Gulf-front property is located on the 12th floor of Caribbean Resort / Navarre Beach. It features floor to ceiling windows for the full beach experience, heated pool and two hot tubs. The unit is directly on the beach and the well furnished balcony looks out over the emerald green water and sugar white sand.

    Accommodations

    Primary Ensuite 1: The first primary ensuite features a king bed full bath with step in shower, smart tv, walk in closet, balcony access and gulf views

    Primary Ensuite 2: The second primary ensuite (lockout or mother in law suite) has a king bed, attached full bath with a tub/shower combo, kitchenette with an extra refrigerator, coffee maker, large closet, seperate heat/cooling system and smart tv. This unit has water views of the north, Santa Rosa Sound and has a seperate exterior door for privacy (optional).

    Guest Bedroom: Guest bedroom offers two full-size beds + tv, large closet and shared hall bathroom

    You will find a well equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with all new luxury appliances including an under counter ice maker for additional ice during your stay. This is attached to the comfortable living room with seating for eight and smart TV + views of the Gulf.

    Guests will enjoy a dining table + seating at the kitchen bar for up to 8 guests.

    New, large capacity, washer/dryer are in the unit and 8 beach towels are provided for guest use.

    This home is fully equipped with all bed and bath linens, a fully furnished kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all small appliances including coffee makers and hair dryers in each bathroom.

    The second king ensuite (lockout or mother in laws suite) has a kitchenette with an EXTRA refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cookware/dishes/utensils.

    -Maximum capacity is 8 at all times, including infants and children
    -No parties or large gatherings
    -No pets are allowed
    -No smoking inside or on the balcony
    -Beach service included March through October (2 chairs + 1 umbrella set daily). Guest can purchase more on site.

Large and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment, very suitable for the six of us. The view is unique and memorable. The apartment is perfectly located on the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzis.

Amazing Home Away From Home

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented in Navarre Beach in the 20+ years we have been vacationing there. Beautiful accommodations and interior design, clean and neat, fully equipped kitchen (important since we mostly cook in due to dietary restrictions), ample room and comfort for all guests, and a gorgeous view. Highly recommended. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week for our 19th anniversary. Everything about it was just perfect! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space to hang out, everything was super clean, and the views are spectacular! Close walking distance to some great restaurants/bars. The pool area was immaculate and beautiful. Communication with DeeAnna at Gone Costal was phenomenal and easy! We wouldn’t think twice about staying here while visiting Navarre Beach again!

Amazing Navarre Beach Condo!

This was our 4th time visiting this area in 2023 and this condo, hands down was the best! The condo was very modern, spacious, clean and the views were AMAZING, especially from the master bedroom!! The attention to detail in this condo was fabulous and made such a difference for our group! We had our kiddos and a couple of their friends join us from ages 20-23! Great location. Amenities in condo were nice. Cleanliness is something that needs addressed. Mold in all bathrooms even on ceilings. Baseboards in bathrooms was disgusting.Floors very dirty and balcony floor need good cleaning. The pool was disappointing as you cannot see ocean because sand dunes block view. Beds were okay.

Stunning condo, however…

The condo itself is gorgeous, clean, well supplied. However, do be aware you are not allowed to have condo doors open at all. This was a big drawback for us. One of the reasons we love beachside condo is to be able to sleep to side of the surf and enjoy it all day long. Instead we had to use an app for ocean sounds. Also, the temperature was freezing in the lockout bedroom and so difficult to control that one in our party gave up and slept in another bedroom.

It was a great stay. Plenty of everything...bath towels, beach stuff (tent/cooler/beach towels), space inside the condo, seating, kitchen utensils, ice. The place kept cool all week and it was a scorcher. Everything was clean, tables, chairs, beds, etc... The view was outstanding. The worse (still a 4).. I only gave the check-in process a 4 due to getting the code right before check-in. The cell service was spotty on the 12th floor to get the code. This needs to be provided at least 30 minutes in advance along with the wifi info. That is the only drawback. DeeAnna's response to any emails could not have been any faster. I would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful, Fresh, Clean Unit with Perfect Views

We love the Caribbean Resort and have stayed here several times in other condos, but not this one. We love the resort in general, great location, not too big, etc. However, this was one of the nicest ones we have stayed in for sure. It all looks newly remodeled, clean, and fresh. Great beds, relaxing furniture, and well stocked. The view makes you feel like you are on top of the water. Communication from the owner was prompt. Checkout procedure especially was better than other places we have gone where they want you to clean the entire unit before you leave! This owner only asked for a few small things which made checkout a breeze. Would definitely stay again. The only thing to keep in mind is that as the owner notes in the listing the complimentary beach chairs are not guaranteed front row, but you are guaranteed to have them. However, we were also told that if you aren't there by noon they may give your chair away for the day, and to reserve your spot for the week they want 10 dollars per day. It was worth it to have a guaranteed front row spot each day, and the chairs are a big bonus in my view. We had a great trip and can't wait to go back.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

Beautiful! Easy to get to & park. Perfect, compact, beach front spot with a glorious view from both the cozy living balcony & the bright bedroom (There’s electric shades!) All rooms & bathrooms (loved master bath dual shower heads) are large, with ample storage. Everything was appropriately clean. Plenty of towels & paper products. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, including ice. Switches & remotes were labeled, as to not take up precious getaway time figuring out functionality. Only small hiccups: ceiling fan remote was either dead or for something else entirely, but we found a wired switch on the kitchen column. Couldn’t find a dvd remote, but the movie we brought was available to stream. There was easy-to-find instructions about checkout procedures & WiFi. Although, we missed the pool/beach access info by the entry. The beach umbrella & chairs allowance was very convenient. When first inquiring, the friendly owner responded immediately. My worries about hurricane cancellations were alleviated. Nightly rates were fair (owner charged based on the # of guests), but seeing the final price in the reservation was jarring. The cleaning fee was greater than a one-night stay, and the service fee was significant, but I’d like to stay again. The owner continued to check in & even sent a thank you postcard in the mail. It’s nice to feel appreciated, and the owner certainly excelled in this area. Overall, this is a VERY nice condo that I felt comfortable & content to stay in.

Great place to spend vacation with several amenities you have at home. My favorite is the extra ice maker in kitchen for cups and coolers. The only thing to improve would be to make the queen size beds actual queen size, more like regular. Would definitely stay again. The two beach chairs assigned to the room was a real plus as well. Thanks for letting us spend our vacation there.

The Most Relaxing Beach

1st time coming to Navarre Beach. We booked this condo last minute. It has a great view. It’s roomy. We loved it. We had everything we needed to make Breakfast and Lunch. Close enough to places to eat dinner. It’s a great beach! We can’t wait to go back.
