Welcome to my 2BR, 2Bath beachfront condo located in Beach Colony West Resort - the newest condominium on Navarre Beach with great beach views and with the largest pool and balcony on this beachfront. Reserved parking is conveniently provided in a private 4 story garage and this 14th floor unit is accessed by three elevators. Condo entry controlled by touch-pad keyless lock.
Lighted tennis courts are on the top level of the parking garage.
The large combination living/dining room has 9' ceilings and has beach views through floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. Ample living room seating is provided on a queen sleeper sofa, 2 seater sofa, and additional chairs. This area provides plenty of space for reading, relaxing, beach viewing, or watching the 65” LG UHD smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player. The dining area provides comfortable and spacious seating for 8. The large dining table was specially created by 'The Beach House' in Gulf Breeze, FL. The modern kitchen with granite counter tops and marble splash backs is well-designed and equipped for gourmet cooking. Entertaining is a pleasure on the largest balcony in Navarre Beach (267 sq. ft.). It can accommodate 6-8 people with a table and chairs, and comfortable lounges. Patio furniture is powder coated aluminum with Sunbrella brand cloth materials.
The master suite has a king size bed, 55" LG HD/LED TV with Blu-ray DVD player, walk-in closet, and plenty of storage. The large floor to ceiling sliding glass door leads out to the spacious balcony. The master bath connects to the master bedroom and has a large, marble jacuzzi tub, separate glass-walled shower, private toilet, double sinks in a marble vanity, and ocean views. The second bedroom is located off the hallway and has a queen size bed with a 55" LG HD/LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD player. A full bath adjoins this bedroom with marble vanity, tub and shower combination, and linen closet. The separate laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and storage. UPDATE: Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom mattresses and box springs replaced November 2020 with luxurious BeautyRest Black sets.
The outside storage closet is adjacent to the stairwell located across from the front door. Free high-speed HD cable TV and internet is provided for your email, texting, surfing and high def TV. Free Wi-Fi provided within the unit and throughout the grounds. I lease and manage my property and have local representation for cleaning, maintenance, and emergencies. Beach service set up of 1 umbrellas and 2 chairs is included in the rate during the months of March through the end of October. Additional services including bicycle and kayak rentals are available through the on-site vendor.
Plenty of excellent restaurants are just a short drive away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Sailor's Grill. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. - Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!
- Attractions galore in Pensacola (~25 miles away), including: Blue Angels air shows at Naval Air Station, Naval Air Station Museum (one of the top 10 tourist attractions in the state); famous Portofino Boardwalk, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, live entertainment, and much more; Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium, which boasts one of the best views in all of sports; incredible restaurants including Joe Patti’s World Famous Seafood Market; and much, much more!
- Gulf Breeze (10 miles away) has the Naval Live Oaks Area, where there is a Visitor Center, covered picnic pavilion, and 9 nature trails of various lengths (over 7.5 miles of trails). There is also a local movie theatre and Gulf Breeze Zoo.

- Blackwater River State Park in Holt, FL (~35 miles away) is a favorite destination for canoeists and kayakers. Blackwater River is one of the purest sand-bottom rivers in the nation! Enjoy swimming, fishing, camping, paddling, and zip-lining. Stroll along trails through more than 600 acres of undisturbed natural communities. One of the largest and oldest Atlantic white cedars stands among the many trees along the river. This tree has been recognized as a Florida Champion tree.
