The convenience to everything, cleanliness of the beach, location, location, location, being beside the pier, the lanai, the living space within the condo, large baths for showers, the washer and dryer in the unit, the boardwalk to the beach, the beach showers to rinse off.

The property was very spacious and clean and the location was perfect. The only issue we had is that the main tv did not connect to the cable box so we had no live TV. When I called the 800 number because the office was closed for 2 days, they indicated that they would send someone over and no one called or came. We waiting around an entire day so that was very frustrating, But I would highly recommend this rental and would stay there again.
