「Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and...

「We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team.」

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate. It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...

「Beautiful setting. It was another very warm day but there are plenty of shady spots on the terrace where you can sit with a cool drink and enjoy the very spacious gardens.
