「I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason.
I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in.
This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

「This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.」

「The overall experience of this stay is good to excellent. The only shortfall is the premises car park system and design, we spent more than half and hour to slowly queue from 5th floor carpark till lobby during exit.」

「Cancelled my reservation last minute even though the payment was made and the money were taken out of my bank account
I stayed in the streets with my two kids at 1:00 am midnight and we had no where to go
Luckily expedia contacted with and managed to get me my money
So over all it was terrible 👎」
