「Staff was helpful and location was good (near airport), but that was about it. Room was oretty scuffed, there was no wifi nor shampoo/soap for the bathroom. Would not stay again.」

Because this apartment-style residence is cheaper than a typical hotel, the rooms are on higher floors, and the views are beautiful. However, when guests arrive at the hotel address, they won't find any hotel name or reception. Guests must call the management staff's phone number shown on their reservation, wait for the management staff to come down, and then...

「Book a room stated with yard. Upon arriving there is no yard. No microwave. And also blood stain on bedsheet and towel」

「It's a very nice experience, with awesome viewing. Easy to find and very clean and comfortable」

「Whatsapp operator is unkind, speak by template. Some guests houses in their service have concierges who play with mobile loudly or broadcast in their TikTok al the time. There is 0% flexibility after you book. 」

「have been robbed. finished my payment, reached there and have no one to check in. hotels.com didn't replied at all」

「Bed bugs bite me,otherwise everything all good and clean.」

「My family and I were here exactly same period in 2019. In 2025 I chose back the same place. The deco, cleanliness and warm friendly staff - really enhance the experience! Thank you for the hospitality! No doubt if I am back, Obama House will denitely be my go-to accommodation! To also add on, when I checked in the evening, it was pouring. The warm friendly staff stayed after their hours to guide us on the parking」

「Very bad condition, smelly and dirty」
