“The property was great, room was incredibly beautiful but the property manager was rude and only wanted to do the bare minimum. The staff was nice and quick.
The restaurant closed at 10pm after which i was refused any in room dining services. At 11pm i requested for a spoon and was told it won't be possible since restaurant is closed. ”

“This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues:
- it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before
- No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person.
- Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception……
