"I visited in June and loved it, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed with the room we received. The balcony door wouldn’t open, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and for five people, the balcony was so small that there was barely any space for us. The food was the same every single day. Back in June, it wasn’t like this, so instead of improving, things have gone downhill. The food wasn’t very tasty either, and the snack bar served the exact same options daily with no variety. "

"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "
