"Location was spectacular right on Lake Como. Long expensive taxi ride from train station but worth it . Our room had a balcony on the lake ! Wonderful staff. Perfect location to hop on the ferry boats . Wonderful easy bus service. Nice restaurant and bar at the hotel and a very nice breakfast ( included ). The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend . "

"Absolutely blown away by the view- such an incredible villa. The hosts are wonderful- excellent communication, perfect instructions and an easy process from start to finish. Would go back in a heartbeat- highly recommend!As mentioned in the listing, there are significant stairs up to the villa- worth it, but be mindful if that will be an issue for you."

"The lady was excellent, except there was a surprise 60 euro fee for transport, the room was nothing like the pictures, no basic toiletries like shampoo,water, tea all that was put out was two rolls and a bottle of wine (I don't drink so waste) there are a lot of thin stairs very difficult to carry bags up , there is no help. The location has nothing to do and is an hour at minimum and 2 hours at maximum to go anywhere you want to with activities. If you are choosing a place I suggest not here choose something near Como city center or Bellagio, I honestly feel like this was a waste of money, and the struggle to do anything just frustrated me more. "

"The home was impeccable, Carla was a very gracious helpful host, gave us a whole lot of information to make the most out of our two day stay. I couldn’t get the nespresso maker to work so she came back again to show me. She even gave me a little gift. Thank you Carla we will never forget you omit your piece of heaven. "

"The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance."
