The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure the BBQ and tools are left clean, wash all dishes etc and empty the dishwasher replacing items in cupboards etc
Please place all laundry, towels, bath mats and dish towels into 2 large tartan bags (in utility room) and leave full bags inside garage beside the rear side door. Close garage and lock side door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location to explore Caringorms

Beautiful, quiet location and cosy house

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful property. The location was stunning and wonderfully quiet, and the house itself was perfect. Lovely and cosy, but also offering a games room which was a big hit with the little ones! Would definitely recommend, great communication with owners who were very helpful and fantastic value for money - we hope to return this year!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful big property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was lots of space for 10 of us. The children loved the playroom and games to play. We saw Red squirrel and a deer in the garden which was lovely. Beautiful walks from the house. Would love to visit again.

Fabulous, warm, superbly equipped property

This house was perfect for our group of nine friends on a winter climbing holiday. It was warm, very comfortable and was probably the best-equipped house I've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for our large (and hungry) group, including a very good coffee machine and plenty of large pans and roasting trays. We also appreciated the excellent Sonos sound system in several of the rooms.The location was quiet and we saw a red squirrel in the garden a few times.I would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely book it again next time we visit the Cairngorm region.

Quality time

A relaxing break with family enjoying quality time together. Children loves the squirrels at the feeder and the visiting Roe Deer Buck who loved the flowers in the planter. Great facility and location.

Good base in a lovely village

This is a good house, fully equipped with plenty of space. And red squirrels! It is in a great spot for walks and a great base to explore further afield. The owner is responsive and friendly.
