"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut und die Einrichtung ist schön. Allerdings gab es große Probleme mit der Küche: Es gab keine Dunstabzugshaube, was das Kochen ohne das Öffnen von Türen und Fenstern erschwerte. Das Kochfeld war sehr klein mit begrenztem Platz für zwei Dinge gleichzeitig. "The property was very nice, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was the bar and sitting area were not opened very long. We were playing cards and they came and told us the area we were in was closing at 8:00 pm, and sure enough they closed all the lights on us. The bar and coffee area was supposed to be open until 7:30pm, we arrived at 7:20pm to get a coffee and we were told they already cleaned the coffee machine. The next day we arrived at the bar/coffee station at 6:00 pm wanting to buy and drink and we were told the machine was broken. It doesn’t take a working machine to give us two beers and two cokes out of the fridge. Sorry but this really annoy us."

"La chambre était propre et d’une bonne grandeur. Nous y étions pendant des jours tres chaud et c’est là que je me suis rendue compte quil n’y avait pas de clim. On a eu à ouvrir la fenêtre pour un peu d’air, mais cetait du bruit dehors toite la journée er la nuit. Il y avait certainement des avantages à être près des bus et trains mais aussi des désavantages. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et avons pu mettre les bagages en consignes quelques heures."

"Absolutely position A for Innsbruck. Right in the heart of the old town but very quiet and peaceful. Staff were all lovely and helpful and the rooms clean and modern. One minor issue was that the windows could do with heavier blackout material as our room facing the back let a lot of light in all night from the shopping centre at behind the hotel. They were a bit sparing with the in room drinks, we only had 1 coffee but overall this was a great stay and highly recommended."
