“The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest. The breakfast was enjoyable, though……

“Der Hauptgrund für die Bewertung: das schlechteste ist die Kaution. Man zahlt 100€ mit der Kreditkarte pro Zimmer, und bis heute habe ich diese nicht zurück bekommen, obwohl es beim Check out hieß es war alles gut. Dann ist es nachts extrem laut, weil unter dem Hotel ganz viele Bars sind. Die Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wechseln (in eins mit Fenster in den Hof) wurde nicht gegeben. Für die Sauna muss man einen Slot buchen, bei uns war sie aber kaputt und nur das Dampfbad sollte funktionieren.……

“The receptionist Orkan was extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the WiFi never worked during my stay which was very frustrating. When I asked reception around 8pm the gentleman told me it was down but a technician was trying to work on it. It was never fixed even when I checked out today it still didn’t work :( I had to go to nearby cafes/places with free WiFi. Such an inconvenience but the staff and the hotel itself is good ”

“The price for one night wasn’t bad … but the thing is the shower, hot water or middle water not works toilet was dirty. AC works first for all there is no elevator no Wi-Fi not a good quality”
