The Float Inn is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed for each guest. You are provided your lock code with your arrival information. Check-in is contactless and self-serve. Arrive at your convenience and let yourself in with your code. No keys to keep up with!
The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals and includes all modern appliances. Recent updates include a new dishwasher and new washer and dryer. The kitchen opens up into the bar and dining room that comfortably seats 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. Watch cable TV or stream from your favorite channels on a large 46' flat screen from the comfort of two leather couches. Step out onto the balcony to take in the pristine beauty of the spring-fed Comal River that stays a constant 72 degrees year round.
Tucked away upstairs are the master and guest bedrooms for privacy and rest. The upstairs features vaulted ceilings. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TV's.
Drink your morning coffee while watching the resident birds, deer, and other wildlife from the private 3rd floor balcony located off the spacious master suite with a king size bed. The large master bath has a separate walk-in shower and tub.
The guest room has been updated with a new queen bed and twin bunk bed set. The combination tub/shower is separate from the sink and dressing area for privacy and added convenience.
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 guests. The condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably in beds. Groups with more than 6 guests are welcome to bring an air bed. Extra bedding is provided.
Camp Warnecke sits about 100 yards upriver from the last public exit, making it perfect for getting out at the end of your float. You can bring your own tubes, and walk just under a mile to the Hinman Island put in or across the street to the Garden St. bridge put in. Or rent from one of the many outfitters in town. Texas Tubes offers one of the longest floats and has a private exit right next door. The condo guidebook includes an outfitter guide, tubing tips, and walking maps.
You'll be right across the street from the Blastenhoff section of Schlitterbahn. The entrance is across the street and around the corner from the condos...about a 5 minute walk. And you'll be just 2 blocks off of downtown ... an easy walk to shopping, dining, and nightlife.

CAMP WARNECKE RULES All vehicles in the parking lot must have vehicle hang tags visible through the front windshield. Vehicles without hang tags are subject to towing. No dooly trucks, oversized vehicles, or trailers may be parked on the property.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed to park on premises is 2 per condo. Issuing extra parking passes is prohibited.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 total guests. Occupancy limits extend to the common areas. Daytime guests and events in excess of the unit occupancy limit (8) is not permitted. Issuing extra wristbands is prohibited.
Please use the charcoal grills on the grounds for outdoor cooking. Use of any type of outdoor cooking equipment on the balconies is a fire hazard and a violation of city ordinance.
Quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM daily must be observed, no loud music, construction or disruptive activities are allowed.
Camp Warnecke is a family-friendly vacation rental community. Loud, obscene, disruptive, or illegal activities are not permitted.
No garbage to be left on the premises – please take all garbage to the dumpsters.
Pool Rules: 1. Pool Hours: 8:30am – 11:00pm 2. Warning – No Lifeguard on Duty 3. Pool is for owners, tenants, and guests only. Wristbands required. 4. No glass containers 5. No smoking 6. Running and unnecessary noise are not permitted in the pool area. 7. All person using the pool, do so at their own risk. 8. Children should not use the pool without supervision. 9. Management/Security reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time. 10. For emergencies, call 911. 11. No food or smoking allowed in the pool/hot tub water.
***Alternative terms and payment arrangements for long-term stays (30+ nights, October through April). Monthly rate is $2000.
