The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. This is a severe health and hygiene failure.The house has multiple maintenance failures:• Interior stairs are dangerously steep with a loose tread.• A broken floorboard in the kitchen……

“Best stay ever! Parking lot was easy; apartment was clean and felt like home. Bed comfortable. Would booked this apartment next trip. My only recommendation that was the kitchen did not have a toaster. ”

“Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. ”

“This property had an extremely strong cat/ litter box odor. It was also pretty buggy- we found many bugs alive and dead throughout the house. AC or humidifier machines leaked. My friend thought she heard scurrying throughout the upstairs room. Many of the items like mirrors were hung too high to be usable. The home fulfilled our purposes for the weekend but I would not return.”

“I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. ”
