“Good communication from the host”

“The house looked old on the outside outside but we was very impressed when we walked in. My wife and I loved it. Plan on staying again. Plus my Mom house is down the street. We noticed that the house has a few issues but we liked it, alot. We had a problem with the lock, had no problem contacting the host. Everything was very nice. ”

“We booked this for our anniversary. We wanted something cozy, quiet, and with all the comforts of home. Your home did not disappoint. Vladimir is very quick with communication, the home was immaculate, the master suite was cozy and the bed very comfortable. The attention to details throughout the home made it easy to just relax and enjoy. Definitely recommend and we will book again for sure. ”

“The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had broken drawers- one kitchen chair was extremely wobbly- kitchen table light did not workWe will not staying here again.”

“When I started searching for places for my family to stay at during our family vacation, I was so thrilled to find this property. It was the perfect place for us! The home has a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor which is exactly what we needed for my senior parents who would have had a difficult time with stairs. The other rooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels were also very large, clean and had all of the amenities you would want for your home away from home. Our host communicated with us……

“Place was great, not to small and not to big. Beds were extremely comfortable. Berlin is a busy town but the house in tucked far enough away from it all. Great place and would gladly stay again! ”
