It is really hard to rate this property because it is exactly what you expect from a budget hotel. It did it's job. The staff was AMAZING and helpful especially the front desk workers. Really really great people working there. THe hotel itself is old and dated but if they update it then it would cost what the other hotels in the area cost so it is low cost which was great for my needs this weekend. They probably should stop advertising free Continental breakfast as that was just cereal and some bread I turned into toast....we laughed about it though. The pool wasn't open as it was after Labor Day but still filled and looked very clean, I would go in the pool in the summer for sure.

Great price, good stay

Can't beat the price. Staff was very helpful. Bedding, the floor,and bathroom were clean.It is an older facility but kept clean. Breakfast was basic but did the trick.

The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom still needs updating, the caulking around the bathtub had a big hole in it. Not enough towels and wash rags for the number of people in our group. Tv was good, fridge was clean.

This is a moderate place to stay. The surroundings were quiet and the staff was polite and helpful. The condition of the room was decent and appeared clean. It needed a fresh touch and attention to details. The hair dryer on the wall did not work and there was no air flow in the bathroom. We did see there was a breakfast and were told it was bagels and pastries. It was good for the price.

I booked this property because it offered breakfast and was affordable. Upon checking in, I found out they no longer offer breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room like every other place I’ve stayed. Our room was either frigid or sweltering. The place seemed pretty busy so we didn’t bother asking for a new room for our short stay. The office staff were friendly.

The manager was very nice. This hotel was previously owned by a different hotel chain. It is not dirty, buy could use a face lift. Bed was VERY comfortable. Great water pressure, quiet, and clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. The only very small problem I had was, the breakfast was very lacking. There wasn't much there when i went down in the morning. Breakfast is 6-9 and it was 8am when I went down. However, I would def stay here again.

Service was excellent and exceptional. The hotel itself was ok. More of a motel than a hotel. Which was surprising to me. Good enough for a short stay. Smells in the hallways were intense. Smoking smells. For that price you used to be able to get much more. Nowadays i guess it’s the bare minimum. But again service was great.

Persons with disabilities beware

Property and rooms are great. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They don’t recognize service dogs tho and the laws regarding them. So I was charged a “pet fee”… my letter stating medically necessary service dogs from my doctor and his team, wasn’t good enough. They wanted a registration number from the national registry. Which is NOT legit. As the registry itself is not recognized as valid.

The room was clean, there were no bed bugs or roaches. There were however, fleas from dogs. During my stay, they were having Prayer services that lasted about 4 hours each night. The problem was the people who attended took up all of the parking and blocked the lot for those hours. The guests paying to stay there had no place to park. The entire property was full, including the grassy areas and along the sides of the buildings.

For the price of our two nights, I believe it could have been cheaper. The hotel could use a remodel. One of our towels was not clean. The fitness equipment was broken and so was the ice machine in our hallway. There were 2 bugs in our room as well. The staff was friendly.

I don’t usually try to write a bad review but this experience was too much There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come and open the door. The ladies were nice when they came The fridge in one room did not work. They clearly had no idea but the way it smelled it was not a recent breakage. This hotel was very good cost and clean overall but that’s where it ends very. We had 7 people on the reservation and we had 3 towels between the two rooms. And then it looks like they came and cleaned the room and still left only 3 towels again between the 2 rooms. Just overall an very poor presentation we will not return despite the affordability and closeness to Hershey park
