“I found the staff very responsive to any of the needs that I had. Breakfast was very well made and the staff kept the seating area clean even though it would get very busy in there, staff member was always very patient and helpful. Floors in room could be a little cleaner. Had an issue with small ants by air conditioner and was immediately offered another room. We didn't need another room. They just came in and sprayed and took care of it. Beds very comfortable. Coffee and tea available 24……

“We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. “Place was eh. A/C in the room was crazy loud and could barely being room to temp.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”……

“The room was clean and spacious. Loved the basketball court for my son as well as all the outdoor seating. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Only issue we noticed (and it wasn’t the first time staying here or seeing this problem) the pool seemed very cloudy as well as chunks of hair floating around. Hot tub was very nice and didn’t have that issue. There was an issues with the handle on our toilet seat and they had the owner there within 15 mins and he was getting tools to fix……
