“Beautiful interior and grounds! Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping but with a lot of car noise. The only negative was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. Plenty of coffee pods and sugar but no pot.”

For example, the tile in the bathroom was broken, likely from previous guests, and the overall condition suggests maintenance is overdue. The layout of the bathroom was also a bit inconvenient—it was difficult to get in and out of the shower when someone was using the mirror area. Additionally, the hallway had a bag of trash at the end,……

“Tribble rooms”

“i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when……

“Property was clean and the staff was great”

“The night auditor was completely rude and had such a bad attitude the entire time. She kept yelling things out to me angry because I was having a hard time hearing her from behind the small check in window. I work in hospitality as well and I couldn’t imagine treated guests that way. She finally checked me in but by that time I didn’t want to stay there. When I got to the room I immediately wanted to leave. I don’t think I slept at all from how filthy it was. The housekeeper was very kind……

“The property didn’t look like the pictures advertised, room was dirty, stained sheets, stained towels, cockroaches, hair in the shower strainer, unclean shower. I like the soap. Rooms need maintenance. And was only serving coffee and waffles nothing else.”

“The room was super filthy. Toilet had brown rings all around bowl, shower floor was dirty. No shampoo, No soap, just one towel. TV has to be fixed b/c it was missing a cable. The pool was all green full of algae. This was a hotel room and stay from hell.”
