“All staff were extremely friendly and down to earth. Very warm greeting by the owner on arrival introducing herself and giving a brief history of the business. Showed us around and explained how things are done with the bar, breakfast etc. even introducing us to their pet, Lionel the parrot. We were given a choice of 2 rooms to pick from. Rooms were very clean, plenty of storage area’s for your belongings. Good choice of tea, coffee etc, tall fan available to help in this warm weather. Iron &……

“We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful spa, very clean (and large) rooms, and incredible amenities such as tennis courts, golf courses, spa, club house and croquet. Staff were friendly and very attentive, and the complimentary breakfast and other meals at the hotel were superb. We also enjoyed the spa and some treatments”

“The penthouse is a great room, no it's a small apartment!; a fantastic space, well equipped with abundant and great facilities and it has a fantastic terrace with break-taking views. However, it is looking quite tired and there were a few issues, i.e. the freezer wasn't working, so we couldn't make ice. The wine fridge also wasn't working. A couple of lamps need bulbs replacing and the blind doesn't work in the bathroom. ”

“The mobile home was very comfortable, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the lounge because the weather was so poor. It was lovely to have the view overlooking the bays towards Swanage.Can we make a suggestion that a washing machine would be helpful with dyer combination placed in the mobile home. The whole site does not have a washing machine facility and we had to motor into Highcliffe.”

“For our 50th wedding anniversary we rented Seaway with our family group of 10 - ranging in ages from 22 months to 72 years ! We had a lovely stay and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable and well equipped just as the photographs . Lovely garden area too . Short drive to nearest beach with easy parking . Very nice area with plenty to do . Would recommend.”

“Sea salt chalet is the ideal place for an extended family holiday. It has an enclosed rear garden with play equipment as well as a playroom for little ones to enjoy some space of their own. There is a large open plan living/kitchen/diner for family gatherings and the bedrooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We only stayed for a few days but would recommend for short breaks or longer holidays. Great communication with the property manager. Thank you! ”
