"Inside the hotel is clean and smells nice. However, it's right by a marijuana store. You can't breathe anytime you walk by there. We also asked the front desk if there was transportation we could get to the airport. She said there was nothing like that. How hard would it have been to tell us where to get on the bus to take us to the airport? Not very. We figured it out, but not because anyone helped us."

The hotel itself feels like a historical New Orleans experience but with modernized rooms with all the amenities you would expect in the room from hotel chains. A few minor issues such as towels being taken and not replaced as well as a broken ice machine were inconvenient but the staff were quick to resolve issues."

"The room itself was a bit outdated but serviceable and ample space for three guests. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and cafe in the hotel. It is walkable to restaurants and Bourbon Street (in the 90º heat it may be more helpful to stay at a closer location though!). Not sure if I would recommend walking around at night. We had to pay a small fee of $4 to have the hotel hold our luggage before/after we checked in, which I have not encountered at...
