Damaged, Dirty, Smelly, Disorganized
Neither of the units were clean. I notified management and was told they'd have it re-cleaned. That never happened.The 1BR unit had a musty/faint smoke smell. The master bath sink was clogged. The shower head is loose and leaks. The toilet was running and wouldn't flush (I eventually fixed that). The AC isn't particularly cool but runs non-stop. There was laundry left in the washer.When we entered the 2BR unit, we noticed the oven door had been completely broken/shattered and there was glass everywhere. Someone came and looked at it fairly quickly but nothing was ever done with it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom has no cover.The communal supply area for towels/toiletries/etc. is a joke. It was stocked one time during our 4-night stay. Never saw any towels or toilet paper. This place is like on of those rental franchises. It is very minimally outfitted and not well taken care of. The neighborhood isn't great and the outside door doesn't close all the way so people can enter even without the code.The restaurant across the street is pretty decent and one of the few positive aspects of the place.
