Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens II-310! This third-floor condo merges a soft, coastal ambiance with modern furniture. Experience this two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway that sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and together enjoy its home-like décor and ocean views. On your left, you'll find the kitchen to be your first stop in the morning as it holds breakfast essentials, such a toaster oven and drip coffee maker, as well as natural light flowing from the window.
Before your family runs out to the crashing blue waves, enjoy breakfast together in the spacious dining room. The farmhouse style table sits adjacent to the open kitchen pass-through and comfortably seats four (although an extra chair is provided for additional seating). Should you wish to linger inside a bit longer, you'll find plenty of board games and activities in the nearby TV console that everyone can play around the table.
From the living room, you can step back into the Florida warmth on the fully furnished balcony with 2 rocking chairs. The condo overlooks the pristine swimming pools, shuffleboard courts, and the crashing Atlantic waves in the near distance. Don't be surprised if you spend most of the day here!
The primary bedroom holds a flat-screen TV complete with a DVD player and a king bed. In the guest room, a queen and twin bunk bed are provided, allowing up to four people to share this room. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, two DVD players, free wireless internet, a drip coffee maker, and an assigned parking space.
