Perfect getaway

We brought our three children (ages 8, 15, and 18) for a week at the beach on summer vacation. The convenient access and closeness to the beach were perfect. The pool out back was a great place to cool off in the afternoons. The condo was just the right size with beds for everyone. No one had to sleep on the couch. Once we were given the access code to the garage (they forgot to give it to us at check-in) it was nice to be able to use the washer and dryer. We shared with one unit downstairs, but did not have any conflicts of usage. It was an added bonus to be able to bring our small dog with us. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect beach retreat

The property was exactly as shown and provided every amenity. I was celebrating my birthday with my sister and her husband. The unit provided a perfect arrangement for us including two en-suite bathrooms. Although a Nor'easter came through on our second day, we enjoyed our time relaxing indoors and managed to walk the beach several times a day. The pool is very convenient and we did get to use it on our first night. We love NSB and have several great restaurants in the area that are our favorites. Donnie's Donuts is a must-do. We live in Daytona Beach and this was a weekend getaway from staying at home during the pandemic. We would highly recommend this unit and its location.

Unit not clean

Lots of problems with unit because of not checking on how it’s being cleaned. Instructions for cable and TV were not very through. Would not rent here again.

The best of both worlds

The best mix of beach house feel and condo amenities. We have stayed at multiple units in the community over many years, and have never had a bad one. This was no exception. If you want a laid back beach house feel and convenient amenities like a (semi) private pool and beach access/view, this is it.

Magnificent location!

This property is beautifully situated among the sand dunes on the no-drive portion of new Smyrna Beach. The condo was clean, modern, and well-stocked, with a beautiful outdoor deck overlooking the beach. We enjoyed the spot so much, we are already looking to come back in the summer. Downstairs in the garage there is a full-size washer and dryer along with anything you might need for the beach. Definitely the opposite of a big building, beach condo experience. Highly highly recommend!

Water dripping on head each time you walked in front entrance. TV keep loosing sling interface. Construction crew took over the garage so no washer & dryer. Construction crew hammering away from early morning to afternoon, lost power half a day due to construction. The Unit is nice & a good location

We have had an excellent weekend in New Smyrna beach, the Townhome very complete, comfortable, very well located, with a wonderful sea view ,,,, you do not need anything else to enjoy, We will definitely come back

Spring Break

It was perfect, the upstairs unit was redone and clean, nice retreat. Downstairs wasn’t nicely as done, so a nice place for teenagers.
