We had an amazing stay at this property!! The check in process was seamless and the hosts were super responsive to my inquiries. The unit was clean and perfect for the 6 teenagers we brought. The deck was such a great space. The subway was nearby which was convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

customer service was quick and attentive in answering all my questions. We never used Latch to check in and we were worried since tech and wifi can be iffy to certain things out of our control. The only negative part was there was a huge hole in the wall on the bedroom entrance sharing the living room space so it was an eye sore. Location was great and close to all business meetings we needed to attend. I would stay at this place again, hopefully the wall will be fixed. Customer service was great.

Great location; quick communication from host when we encountered inconvenient maintenance issues (which were addressed satisfactorily); nice soap/lotion/hair products in bathrooms; big rooms; comfortable beds. We did not use the rooftop due to cooler weather but it did look very nice and welcoming. Unit did not seem as “brand new” as advertised and while clean it seemed very used. Walls scuffed, furniture stained in places, unsightly heater/air conditioner units. Pictures of the unit did not quite match our experience. Traffic exiting the Queensboro bridge could sometimes be heard (lots of horns) but didn’t keep us up at night. The space has a ton of potential, though, and the hosts seem very responsive to suggestions and needs during our stay.
