"Never stayed in the heart of Times Square before; incredibly convenient if you're looking to see shows. The staff was great and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. Breakfast was impressive, with the hot items changing daily. Room was sleek and cool — except for the alarm clock that couldn't be stopped. Who needs an alarm clock these days? A minor flaw in an otherwise great stay."

"Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!"
