El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas pero funcionan nacionales. El problema es mi habitación se oía un ruido muy fuerte y toda la noche como de aire acondicionado pero mi aire acondicionado estaba apagado. Por otro lado me pareció terrible que cobren 3 dólares por maleta para guardarla un par de horas antes del check in y lo mismo por una hora después del check out. Por tres maletas pagué 18 usd extra, en ningún lado en el mundo me habían cobrado por eso

El hotel está en buenas condiciones generales y muy bien ubicado, a media cuadra de Times Square. El mobiliario de la habitación deja mucho que desear. En el baño no hay lugar para dejar los artículos de aseo personal, igual en la habitación. Apenas un escritorio de plástico muy pequeño y en lugar de buros, hay una repisa de cada lado de la cama también con dimensiones mínimas. El colchon ya estaba muy usado. Lo único bueno en el cuarto era la pantalla.

Location is great, staff are great, but the room was a bit loud. My room had a window air conditioner that was very loud and a tricky door that was hard to open and hard to lock.

Hardly had any hot water. No water pressure. Tub was dirty and not maintained properly. Room was just acceptable. Did like they had a hand help steamer . Bed was ok. Tiny bathroom , steel sink makes it feel like a homey cell.

We didn’t spend much time there. It’s an old building but it was clean. Rooms are small but you expect that in New York. It was in a convenient area.

It was an older hotel but was a nice stay. I have never been charged before for baggage holding. Grant it was only $2 an item but had never had to do that before

The lobby is okay, but when you go upstairs, I don’t like the smell. The room is not spacious or clean, and even the bed gave me allergies, making my skin itch.

Fantastic customer service from all the staff. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. FYI: you can check bags if you arrive early/staying late after check out, but it costs $3 per bag and it's CASH ONLY, so have some cash with you to check bags. Probably the "largest" King room I've ever stayed in in NYC for the money ($247 average a night). My only real complaint was our window unit AC. It worked, but would freeze you during the night since it blows cold air directly at the bed. You couldn't pull the privacy screen down on the window because then it covered up the AC and you got no cold air at all. A little frustrating because I like a dark room to sleep, but we couldn't pull the shade down to make it dark or the room got too warm. GREAT elevator service and the hotel was packed ( it was NY fashion week and the hotel is adjacent to Sony Hall where a lot of events are staged so ALL the NYFW staff at Sony Hall were staying at this hotel). Never waited more than 30-45 seconds on an elevator. No kidding! 46th st in front of the hotel is a nightmare for transportation since there are several Broadway theaters in that block between 8th and 9th, so be aware. I travel to NYC for theater and great food (1 block down 46th street is Restaurant Row, you could literally go NO WHERE else to eat and get almost any type of food you wanted.) and I would definitely stay here again, just in a room without a window AC unit! 😜

This was our second time staying here and it was overall good, but not as good as the first time. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The lobby smells great and is a cool place to hang out. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The AC in our room wasn't working very well and wouldn't get below the mid-70s even though it was in the 50s at night. They tried to fix it after the first night, and it did get down to 70 during the day, but went back up to the mid-70s during the second (and last) night of our stay, so that was disappointing.
