Reception when check in inquired about the purpose of my trip to arrange a room that best fits my need.
Someone made a mess at the corridor at 2-3am. The staff was quick to clean up and also tried to minimize noise when operating.
Housekeeping is also very careful in not to interrupt when I have the DND sign on and quick to work on my room when I turn the housekeeping sign on.
Overall, the hardware are excellent but staff is even better. "
