Wow....very nice property...all these negative reviews are hilarious...if these idiots didn't want a budget hotel..maybe they should stay in times square instead Now....let me tell you the truth about this hotel...nice folks when you ck in ....the room was very clean.... comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower.... surrounding neighborhood looks fine and very close to Queensboro subway....perfect for a short stay in New York

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the Queens Plaza subway. It was definitely one of the cheapest options with regards to accommodation. You will have to compromise. The AC was filthy, the mattress protector was filled with stains, no fire detector, holes in the walls and ceiling. I mean if you’re not too pretentious and you just want a cheap stay, you should consider it.
