「Checkin took almost 30 min and staff member named Marquis sat behind the counter playing on his phone while one employee checked in five people. Both treadmills were broken and I specifically chose this hotel bc of the gym. Our toilet leaked all over one of our travel bags, as well as the ac unit leaked puddles of water. The ac sucked and button panel was broken, the settings wouldn’t change and stayed on high the entire time so our room was freezing cold. Wth. I called the front desk reporting...

「This place is definitely for someone on a budget. There was no comfortable seating in the room at all so even though it’s meant for extended stay there’s nowhere to sit except for on your bed and a really hard chair. One would expect with a suite that has a kitchen, etc., that there would be pots and pans, etc., and to use, and there’s not anything in the room. I was there for three days and it was awful.」

「Nothing was unique about the property, however the staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially Melanie. The room were clean and bed was comfortable. Not happy that is so close to fwy. No pool, but otherwise, nice.」
