We came to New York to celebrate our Goddaughter’s First Communion, and do some sightseeing. Communication with the property manager is top notch. Our host Nawang texted the check-in instructions 3 days before arrival. Easy check in process - touch the icon on the pad on the front door, enter the code, we were in. When leaving, touch the icon and the door locks. A few stairs up to the main level. Beautiful house - clean and comfortable! There were towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste on each bed. Kitchen is well stocked with any pot/pan/tool/utensil you need to cook a great meal. It has a coffee pot (5-cup) and a Keurig. Master bed is comfortable, a bit in the firm side. Air Conditioning did not work - the Nest thermostat did not recognize the AC unit. The property manager communicated promptly and delivered a portable AC unit. It worked well to cool the bedroom areas, and ultimately the rest of the house. I assume the AC will be corrected shortly. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming (waved to the next-door neighbors as they were raking their front lawn, and they waved back). Very close to the Hudson River (Hudson Taco was delish and fun). Also close to the freeway, so it was easy to visit our friends in Fishkill. We visited the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, and Brotherhood Winery in Washingtonville. We recommend both. We’ll definitely visit again and stay here!

The property was very clean and beds were comfortable and everything met my expectation with the exception of the grass needed cutting but more importantly there were No Central Air or window units in the house for cooling. And when I spoke to Nawang about this, he tried to make it seem that it must of just broke. When I asked him to help me with the thermostat, he could not help me. Come to find out the thermostat was just for heating only and he knew that. There is No Central A/C in this house and should not be advertised that way.
