“Great breakfast and location.”

“Cozy country inn! The owners are kind and very responsive. The rooms are cute and cozy….and the beds are comfortable! We had a quick, but lovely stay.”

“If you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the NH Lake Sunapee region, this is your place. From the moment we stepped into the Inn to the time we left, it was a great experience. The game closet was full with fun games and the other guests we met were great to hang out with. No TV made everyone actually talk to each other and learn about each other. The chairs by the lake are great for that afternoon nap or just watch nature and read a book. The room was comfortable and the bed was……

“Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was pleasant, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Our third stay at the New London Inn. Perfect spot to stay when visiting Colby Sawyer College. Everything is within walking distance. The Inn is clean and has a beautiful atmosphere.”

“Beautiful place to stay. Really like the living room and dinning area. Breakfast was very good and service was excellent. Definitely will stay there again. ”

“This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee. ”

“The location was absolutely beautiful. And the rooms were fine- small, but totally fine and clean. That said, a few things to point out. 1. TV in the room... but it didn't work 2. AC was on, and there was a big sign that said, " Contact maintenance. " When you called, the voicemail said "someone has access to this phone all day"... and the vmail box is full! So, we changed it ourselves to heat. 3. The locks on the doors didn't really work; we had to really work them. We thought we were locked……

“Everything was excellent!”

“The entire stay was absolutely wonderful! Clare makes our visits even more special. We highly recommend staying here.”

“No hot water apparently a long standing issue with this place. The rooms in the pool area have chronic claustrophobia. The house staff know of the hot water problem. Two turtles are brutally in carcerated in the office area;for satisfying Feng shui go elsewhere. My wife contained me from complaining about the situation Surely other guys were encouraged to explode,,,”

“It's ok for a pit stop. Overall clean. The floors were not level so we learned to adjust walking in there, not that The bed were”

“Great place. We arrived after hours and never met the staff. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Recommend updates such as a coffee maker in the room or on each floor, also a grab bar/towel bar by shower would be great. Finally, stress the fact there are no elevators and if your room is on the 4th floor you carry your luggage up 45 stairs. Staying here was a great experience staying in a historic building almost 200 years old and I truly felt the history!! KUDOS TO THE RESTORERS!!”

“This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem……
