「非常适合两大家自己出游预定。是一个在星光大道上的高档公寓，晚上回家吃饭顺便就能把星光大道上的景点全部逛完，距离环球影城开车就15分钟搞定。房间很新很干净。生活设施很全，连刀叉餐具、胡椒粉调料全部都有。有兴趣自己做饭都完全都可以。而且房间配全自动洗衣机还有干衣机，长期旅游的人来说太贴心啦。整个公寓都带游泳池和健身房，由于时间问题，没有体验。」

「Brooke, our host was very easy to message and she replied with in a very short time. When we arrived the house was hot. T-stats turned up or off because no one was staying there. Makes sense, but there are 6 separate AC units. A breaker was tripped in the panel box and no lights in the kitchen, and the receptacles did not work. Also one of the AC units is in the kitchen area, so it was not working. At this time I was frustrated, we had missed our connecting flight in Dallas & had not had a good...

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations.
The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
