Location: Lake James is very large, deep lake, but with state park and camping facilities on a large portion, the houses are limited compared to other lakes and crowds are very light. Owners were proactive and responsive in the communication. View and access to the lake is great, with the shoreline mostly shaded in the afternoon and pretty quiet all the way around.
