"“Newly renovated, new carpet, quiet, updated faucets”. “NewCarpet”- carpet throughout home is stained. Multiple stains with large stain in living room. Carpet is far from new. “Quiet”-property on Main Street with 5-25 cars driving past a minute at 35 mph. Hardly quiet. “Newly renovated” don’t expect the new smell, had to purchase air fresheners as smells terrible. Black mold around bathtub and faucets were likely new in 1980. Also they had no concern or cared why I was checking out early. All the lady had to say was he don’t do refunds. "
