"I’ve stayed here a bunch of times over the last 4yrs, so Ive watched this property transform with all the repairs. I was a little disappointed when I noticed the shower wasn’t completely cleaned because the clear top to someone’s razor that was left in there. That meant nobody cleaned that area. None of the ice machines were working so I had to go to the bar to get ice. A couple piece of ice had frozen black particles inside a few pieces. And I had a really bad issue with ladybugs all night and morning. They kept popping up on my bed sheets, the cup I was drinking out of, and that ice bucket. This is my first time experiencing that at this property."

"Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure why they would rent that one out. Maintenance was definitely needed. Also room was not as clean as I would have expected. "

"I have a mobility scooter and it was difficult to use the elevators to get to my room. I had to move some items in the elevator area in order to use it. There was no motion sensor or handicap button to open the hotel door which caused problems. The lighting in the room was very poor including one lightbulb being entirely out. You have to go outside to walk to get to the shuttle because the front door isn’t being used and it was raining and cold. Since I was there because of flight cancellations, it was quite frustrating. The shuttle drivers were great and the shuttle runs around the clock. It was not up to hilton standards at all. "
