「First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. 「We had a great time staying at this cabin and exploring Tennessee. Although there was a great separate game room, everyone really enjoyed playing pool in the house. The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. 「The views from this property are gorgeous. The location is a bit remote but that is the point of being in the mountains. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for all. You do have to use the futon if sleeping 12 but with 10 everyone can easily be in a room. The property was maybe the cleanest nightly rental I have ever stayed in. The host communicates well. Overall we had a great stay and would choose this property again.」

「When we checked into the cabin, the cleaning crew had clearly not been to the cabin prior to our arrival. We notified the host and were provided with the items and were offered the cleaning team the next day but due to scheduling issues we declined. It is not ideal to coordinate this while on vacation and after all of our things were unpacked. We were offered a refund of the cleaning fee but honestly this did not feel sufficient for the circumstances. We tried washing blankets that were there...
