Downtown living 3 bed 3rd fl

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family home in downtown Newport. Located a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The house is on a heavily trafficed street, there is a potential for noise.
The comfortable living room offers ample seating and is great for lounging, while the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom there is a Queen. The TV in the living room is equipped with Chromecast, great for streaming all your favorite apps, and the kitchen offers all the fixings for a morning cup of coffee. I am easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns but will leave guests alone during their stay. There is no 1-site parking space available during your stay. Street parking can be tough in the summer months. You can find many paid lots by searching parking in Newport, RI. This is a great spot for a family vacation, a home base for a wedding weekend, or just to explore beautiful Newport!

Great location and very spacious

This property is perfect for a girls trip. Don’t let the exterior of the building deter you. We were visiting Newport for a girls trip and loved the layout of the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great amenities and there’s even a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. Don’t wait book this place. Walking distance to everything in Newport AND a parking spot. 10/10

A hidden gem!

This spot in Newport truly was a hidden gem. Steps away from 3 delis, multiple restaurants and bars and parking on site (one spot) but also street parking made our stay great. The beds and couches were incredibly comfortable. Would 100% recommend!

Great Location

The listing stated it was a 2-bedroom but it was actually a 3-bedroom. A little upset about that since we could have had one more couple stay with us. The building itself feels pretty sketchy but once you open the door, the unit is gorgeous! Updated, bright, spacious, clean. The layout is a bit funky, but we were there for a wedding and were hardly home anyway. The parking spot was a real lifesaver too.
