Our Pet Free Cottages are privately owned and ideal for families and friends any time of the year.
Please Note: Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed by the resort.
Accommodates 8 guests in 4 Bedrooms and possible 2 additional Guests/Children on Inflatable Double Air Bed in Lounge.
We have another 4 bed lodge next door for larger groups. Please refer to listing number 10579945.

Contemporary Self-Catering accommodation built only around 2005 to a high specification includes Central Heating or Economy 7 Storage Heating and Double Glazing.

Four Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms

An excellent range of on-site facilities are available at Atlantic Reach Resort including a modern Indoor Swimming Pool; Outdoor Pool and Children's Paddling Pool; Crazy Golf Course; Children's Adventure Fort; A Bar and Restaurant and Seasonal Disco and other entertainment - Please enquire prior to booking.

Set in a quiet and pleasant countryside location with plenty of convenient car parking with easy access to the lodge.

Please note: Free Wi-Fi is only available in the Resort's Reception area and may be limited in the Cottage.
Bed linen is provided.
Towels are not included but can be added at additional charge. Please advise well before arrival if you would require.

7 day family holiday

Nice and clean with plenty of room. Onsite staff were very helpful and the site had good amenities for families with children. Location was good about 15 minute drive to Newquay and Watergate bay beaches. We had a great holiday with our children and grandparents

Fastantic week in Cornwall

The property was as described in the advert. It was large and clean with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment for us to all eat in and we used the dishwasher so no arguing over who was washing up. There are clothes washing facilities opposite which we didn’t need to use, the towel rails in the bathrooms were great for drying off swimwear and towels ready for the next day. The site facilities were great, we made use of both pools and the gym. We had dinner at the pub on site on the last night, the menu is limited and drinks quite expensive. The breakfast baps at the cafe are nice. Newquay is around a 15 minute drive, we went there most days but also found lots of other activities to do….. footgolf, horse riding, aqua park, surfing, paddle boarding. The communication with Om was great throughout, we didn’t need to contact him during our stay but I am confident he would have been on hand to sort any issues promptly.

No reason to say good.

1. Radiators are on only between 11 p.m and 6:30 a.m because of economy 7 setup and we were left in cold until additional electric heaters were brought in after couple of calls to the reception. 2. The electric stove almost takes at least an hour before it gets hot, so forget about cooking. 3. Not enough toilet tissues and no proper toilet mats as well. 4. No WiFi, you need to be in the reception to get the WiFi. 5. I'm still to get my deposit back, delay from the owners direct team it seems. So overall, I would look for better accommodation next time. 6. One of the bed had a dip, unable to sleep and created back pain.

St Enoder Holiday

Accommodation was brilliant, clean, spacious and accurate. Property owner was quick to answer any queries we had and also honest and welcoming. Location is great and peaceful and not far from any areas you wish to visit. We stayed in the larger bedroom, bed was comfy and spacious enough as my husband is tall so we struggle to find areas for him to fit. The family bathroom - bath was also a big bonus as not many places offer a bath with jets! All in all, a fantastic holiday and we look forward to attending again in the future!

Perfect family holiday place

Review for umber 34: It was bit confusing to locate the right house (there was another house numbered 34!). But Oml was very helpful and prompt to help us in locating and unlocking the property. Really appreciate him for his help at late night. House is a spacious one and equipped with all amenities. Kitchen area is specially designed to get more space and open plan kitchen with living room is a big plus. WIFI should have been a great advantage to the property which currently the property lacks. There are plenty of activities for kids on site which is perfect during the stay in resort. I specifically used pool for kids and Gym for myself both are amazing. Overall it was a brilliant stay, the kids loved it and so did the adults.

Lovely accomodation

We were very impressed with the accomodation. It was so spacious and had a real homely feel. It was very well equipped for us (4 adults, 3 children) The beds were comfortable and the layout of the rooms suited us perfectly. It was lovely and quiet on site as it was out of season. Unfortunately nothing was open so cannot comment on the site facilities. We were able to park directly outside the accomodation. WiFi would have been a bonus. Also we would have preferred more control over the heating system but coped with what was there. Would highly recommend.

A spacious property in an ideal Cornish location

The property was exactly what we required for our Newquay holiday. It was well maintained and fully functional. Access to assistance, if we needed it, was easy and also reassuring. The resort facilities were first class and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives with no heitation.
