Staff would use their phone translators to assist in getting to Vietnam Airlines to change flights, or getting us a taxi to the airport - it worked out very well.

For a 2 night stay the hotel was perfect. The rooms, although small, were spotless and the ax was excellent. The hotel is relatively new and the lady at the desk has great English.

Owner or manager need to learn customer services
Room was just ok. However I encounter a lady who might be the owner or manager of the hotel. Her voices was loud and rude . She was talking about hotel rules and policy disregarding anything posted on the booking websites. I got they do not need to but they should talk to client better way. Also we booked and paid at front since they got money. They have more client on the weekend. They will keep asking when we are going to check out since they have new client... it is insane to push paid clien to crack out to get new client.... it is discomfort to be asked and harass when to check out since they got your money paid ..... need to be trained how to respect client booked in advance .... four persons asked us when to move without looking at our bookings

Thanks for the email and I am sorry for your inconvenient during your stay in my hotel. I already talked to my staffs about your email and the lady that you mentioned in the email not manager or owner . She is a receptionist and started working with me 3 weeks ago so she needs to get more training to do her job. I absolutely agree with you that her loud voice and impolite time to time . I already warned her sometimes . she is on trial work for a month. I will make sure she understands this email and hope she will change and keep up the good work to serve for the next clients.I got 2 hotels and unfortunely I have been away since you checked in one of my hotels . The hotel where you stayed just opened up 2 months ago and staffs has not been trained good enough to do their job yet Thanks again for your concern. I appreciate your feedback. if you or your friends would like to stay in my hotel again I will offer you something to say thank you, Any thing else you want to help me to make hotel better pls let me know please Best regards Hang Nga Hotel

Un personnel qui parle pas du tout anglais donc difficile de se faire comprendre ! La chambre était très petite et exiguë ! De plus elle sentait le tabac froid ! La salle de bain quant à elle était propre . De plus , nous avions commandé un taxi pour se rendre à l’aéroport qui au final n en était pas un ...

Sorry about what you got. But with the price you pay for the room you stayed it is the good room . With your order for the big room you will pay it about 80$/night is last. Our reception is speaking good english, may be some smistake between you and my staff . Glad too see you again .
