Lovely Beach Hotel in Nha Trang
Really lovely clean modern hotel. I think every room has a sea view. Staff always ready with a smile to assist you. Daily room service who always replenish the shower gel, shampoo etc. they have thought of everything you may have forgotten to pack. Reception Staff can arrange taxis for you. They also are helpful with the area. any questions at all really. Get a daily discount for the beach area with comfy sun-beds, towel and huge umbrellas for shade right at the waters edge. Also a daily discount if you want to eat next door. What a choice of seafood there. If you want to try the Vietnam culture while having a restful beach holiday this Hotel is ideal. The hotel only caters for a buffet breakfast that has an egg station and soup station too. Soo delicious. the choice of fruit and all different meats, rice, salads breads jams to so many dishes to try your taste buds on with so many different spices etc. Just a short taxi ride is the busy centre with shopping malls, markets and European Restaurants too. We loved our stay at this welcoming Hotel and hopefully will return.

Hotel is in a good location just across from the beach. They need to concentrate on cleaning the shower as it had black mold around the grout and edges of the tile. Staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel was not well cleaned. There was vomit left by the lift door for 3 days without being cleaned. The breakfast was well below average and was often without, clean cutlery, glasses and even food was emptied and not replaced. The hotel is certainly not 4 star, and was a huge disappointment. The hotel caters well for Russian customers but not for any other Westerner. Would not recommend.

the place was pretty bad. the location was very out of the way from things. the hotel needs fine tuning. our room had some odor that we had to air out the room. check in process was pretty long. we had to wait awhile until finally getting our key. it was very noisy and breakfast buffet was busy.

Awesome hotel
Brand new hotel, across the street from the beach. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from the busy area of Nha Trang, so it's not super busy. The staff was amazing, they were very accommodating and always willing to help. A nice touch was a handwritten welcome letter in the room as well as a Thank you letter at the end of our stay. The hotel also provided a plate of fresh fruit in the room upon check in. A great place to stay.

Lovely hotel far away from the busy side of the beach which I appreciated. I was upgraded on check-in and the 18th floor room was spectacular, the views from balcony and windows during the morning/evening were just great. Also enjoyed the pool and motorbike rental facilities. The only poor element was the breakfast which was very confused and overall awful.

Wonderful propriety would stay again staff was great.came to hotel early before check in time was very tired after 2 days of travel my room was not ready so the upgraded me to a better room that was ready.

It was great until the Chinese showed up
Hotel is Awesome but so noisy due to the Chinese people behaving badly which damaging the hotel conditions. The hotel management needs to post warning signs for keeping the noise down in Chinese languages.

Walking distance to the beach
We liked this hotel. It is, like many others, located a few minutes walking distance to the beach. It would be even better if they provided umbrellas for the guests to sit by the beach and enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean. We loved this place and we would definitely come back. The staff is super friendly and kind.

Lovely hotel and helpful staffs!!
Three of us were holiday and stayed 3 nights. It was great experience to stay this fresh new hotel. Also they kindly upgraded our room and the staffs were very kind and helpful. The only drawback was the location where was a little far from beach and major shopping area. We recommend to other visitors.

Outstanding service by front desk manager staff
The room we stayed in had a great view of city and beach. I wasn’t expecting such a great room view for the price I paid. I also enjoyed the thoughtful fruit dish provided along with a hand written note as a welcoming gesture. The best part of my 2-day stay at the hotel was the great customer service provided by the staff, especially the front desk manager. She was kind and very helpfully with our needs. She helped arrange for motorbike rental service, and to purchase tickets to Vinpearl Land. I felt like I had my own personal assistant. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely come back here again when I visit Nha Trang city in the future.

Good hotel, well located, fair price and nice staff. The spa is also a good option! My only advice is concerned with the construction going on just next to the hotel, they were working on it untill 2am with big noise. Not the hotel fall, but not mine either.

It’s my first time here. This suite has awesome view in the morning and the location of hotel is great. You can get into the sea easily and not crowd as central area. Big love!

가성비는 지금까지 다른 나라를 포함해 갔던 곳중에 최고입니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 뷰도 정말 너무 좋습니다. 위치가 시내하고 2~3킬로 떨어져 있긴 한데, 아주 시내까지 가기에는 노보텔이나 인터콘티넨탈호텔도 마찬가지고 택시타면 저렴한 금액으로 금방시내까기 갈 수 있고 앞에 항상 택시가 있습니다. 호텔근처에도 로컬시장, 편의점, 씨푸드레스토랑 있습니다. 조식은 조금 아쉽네요~

친절하고 상냥한 고객응대 서비스
이 호텔의 1층 안내 직원들은 정말로 친철하고 상냥합니다. 다만 2층 식당 직원들은 불친절하고 항상 화가 나 있는 얼굴입니다. 축제 기간 및 옆 건물 신축공사로 인해 밤까지 시끄러웠지만 대체로 만족합니다.

숙소의 위치는 정말 좋았고 직원들도 다 친철했으나 너무 많은 중국 관광객들로 인해서 시끄럽고 복잡합니다. 조식은 먹을만 했으나 종류가 다양하지 않는것이 좀 아쉽습니다. 수영장에서 바다보고 차한잔 마시기에는 좋지만 수영하고 놀기에는 조금 작습니다.베란다가 있으나 활용도가 없습니다.

Breakfast is good. Stuff are all very helpful. But the surrounding area is very noisy. Outdoor Karaoke lasts even after midnight.

Service war gut. Immer sauber. Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Einziges Problem hatten wir beim buchen des Sleeping Bus nach Ho Chi Minh City. Das Personal an der Reception hat behauptet wir müssen die Tickets abholen ganz in der Nähe. Nach 40 min laufen sind wir an dem Ticketschalter angekommen und der Verkäufer sagte uns wir hätten es im Hotel bezahlen können. Einfach selber buchen auf Baolau.

酒店職員非常友善易幫忙 地理位置一般
地理位置一般不近夜市, 要去鬧市食野逛街就要行天橋大概八分鐘路程.酒店楼下只有一至兩間餐廳進食. 非常感激酒店職員的協助！！今次入住期間兒子發燒 7月16日下午我們在酒店大堂找了 一位女supervisor在她協助下寫了越南文幫我們叫的士並叫司機等我先生買消炎藥給兒子吃再直回酒店。 同日晚上(7月16日 )我們需要額外找兩間芽莊酒店( 7月17及18日住) 亦在她及另一位職員協助下順利找到價錢合理便宜的芽莊酒店。真的非常非常感謝她們！！ 另外我入住當天7月14日及離開 7月17日這兩天的酒店大堂職員都非常幫忙協助我所有的諮詢問題很有耐性!

직원들의 손님에 대한응대 태도는 좋다고 생각한다. 2박을 할때..1박후 방 청소 상태가 마음에 들지 않았다. 시트는 지저분한 자국이 있었지만 교체하지 않았고, 바닦은 진공청소기로 청소하지 않은듯.. 머리카락이 많이 보였다.. 탁자,1인용 소파 마찬가지..그래서 프론트 전화해서 잠깐 외출 할테니 시트교체와 바닦청소를 요구하였으나, 시트만 교체 되었음.. 침대에 영어로 시트교체, 바닦 청소기로 청소라고 적어 놓음..팁도 같이 두고 나왔음에도 불구하고 청소는 안되어 있었음.. 그리고 호텐앞 해변 시설에서 나는 소음 때문에 정말 시끄러웠음.. 발코니에 방음 샤시를 설치하는것은 어떨지.. 오전 6시부터 밤11시까지 주욱 시끄럽다.. 호텔 숙박의 마이너스 요소.. 조식 뷔페는 관찮은 편이다.

와이파이 간헐적 끊김, 중국인 너무 많음, 청소 상태 불량 (침대 밑 쓰레기와 먼지 심지어 빈 캔도 있었음, 매트리스 커버 얼룩), 밤에 해변가 시끄러움. 뷰는 끝내줍니다. 뷰가 다 했다는 느낌. 시설도 좋아요. 일단 눈에 보이는 곳은 깨끗하긴 합니다. 커버 얼룩은 좀 그랬지만. 조식은 뭐 쏘쏘하구요.
