“Los platos de restaurante no han lavado bien y no ofrece agua potable en habitación y es muy difícil de conseguir comida o agua en después de horarios de comer”

“Beautiful property in SJDS . As a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 this had everything we needed . Food is on the pricier side but one breakfast drink & item is included daily with your stay (portions were big) . Daily shuttle will take you closer to the beach as it is not walking distance. Unfortunately, some of the things advertised on their social media such as “access to a private beach” were not accessible , they could not get us a shuttle to the private beach or provide a clear follow up……

“Me gustó la cercanía al mar y la comida del restaurante. Sin embargo, la limpieza de la habitación estuvo MUY MAL, y la cama y las almohadas no son nada confortables. Además, hay mal olor en los baños cercanos al restaurante y falta iluminación en los caminos por la noche. En conjunto, el precio no está acorde con la calidad de la villa ni de los servicios, y lo digo por comparación con otros resorts cercanos que ofrecen más comodidad al mismo precio.”

“这个旅馆并不提示你房间是否有空调。等你发现没空调时，原来的房间不能退，新开房间要从新交钱。环境很乱，游泳池太小了，健身器材也都是伪劣商品。”

“This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a property . To start when we got there we were told no outside food or drink was allowed in the property because we need to buy there food and drinks like wth I can’t bring left overs weird then walking towards the room everything was turned off and it was a ghost town water slides off infants water park off rock climbing nothing no amenities were activity or able to be used I kept walking towards the room . Getting to the room AC didn’t work……

“The place is located next to the shore. It has a beach and cabanas next to it. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. We did horseback riding with the kids and they loved it. The view of the volcan Concepcion is unbeatable. Howling monkeys and others animals are present on site. We stayed in the family cabin and it had a view of the volcano and animals. It was very relaxing! Good restaurant, but the paraiso restaurant, at 15min walk on the beach, is something else!”
