“There costumer service toward the costumers was really bad. My reservation was for a bigger room but I got an small one. The front desk could not help me because they were all book. They clearly made a mistake and they said, I was the one who made it. Also they wanted me to charge me more money. Awful staff and costumer service.”

“The ad states shuttle available to the airport. We had to pay for a taxi to and from the ferry. They set the taxi service up, but it was not a shuttle. Otherwise, it was true to the description.”

“It was advertised as a retreat but they played loud music constantly. The chairs around the pool were all switched to uncomfortable wood ones, and while our room was technically clean it stunk so badly of bleach. If the music was calming and they had comfortable seats I’d recommend it. ”
