This modern 65sq. m apartment is located on the ground floor and includes :
- two beautifully green and furnished terraces,

- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooking plates, dishwasher),

A relatively nice apt in downtown Nice

The apartment worked well for my wife, daughter and I. The kitchen has the bare essentials, so don't expect to prepare a feast. The internet is decent. Being a ground floor unit the AC does keep the apt quite cool in the summer. A washing machine is great for longer stays.
