It is not difficult to go to the railway, hotel staff are very kindly. Sento and room are big. It's a pity that my room's refrigerator was broken and it could not be replaced immediately.

Good size rooms, booked for 2 but enough for 6 people sleeping. We stayed in South building which is old and tired. But for the price included breakfast and dinner which is very good value. Loved it. Used the private onsen in hotel for free which is amazing.

押し入れを開けると天窓が浮いてありさきに電気が光っていて誰かいるのては？と恐怖を感じた いつも利用すると最後に割引券をくれるが今回はなかった。 中間清掃を頼んだが浴衣を変えてくれたりとはしてくれていなかった コンセプトに落ち着ける広い空間でのびのびと。と書かれていたが…いい面で。そのままの意味で伝えるなら広いスペースホコリ臭いフロア穴の開いた壁や天窓、恐怖感を煽る。騒音対策がされて居ないので隣の人の声が丸聞こえで騒音で眠れないときもありました

氷が有料なのが残念。保存出来る冷凍庫も小さすぎて入り切らない。 別館、南館にも製氷機、冷水設備があって欲しい。 ホテル館内全体が熱い。 駐車場も16時について既に満車。無料の駐車場まで約1km程あるが送迎あり。 南館は移動するのに何かとめんどくさいけど、ローソンが目の前にあるのが便利だった。 この値段ならまぁ我慢すればと割り切れるならいいと思う。
