"Very clean hotel, modern rooms, good elevator, excellent breakfast buffet.
Wifi could be a bit spotty, but that was all over Orkney at times, so outwith their control to some degree.
Very convenient location, just a short walk to the cathedral and high street. "
Comfortable three bedroom bungalow located in Orkney Islands complete with emus.

"We had a great week's stay at Julie & Jason's bungalow on Sanday . The place is immaculate and was warm and cosy for our arrival . Communication and directions were provided and we had a very friendly welcome from them both . You'll love the emus in their garden , go and visit Julie's glass studio too.The house is really comfortable, quiet and well-equipped and centrally located for everywhere on the island. Sanday is a beautiful place and this is a perfect place to appreciate the island ."
"We adored this property! It was super clean and comfortable! The area is just gorgeous with the gardens and loch. It was very quiet and private. If you have a car, we highly recommend this for your Orkney stay!"

Mingro is a unique beachside cottage that serves as a retreat from modern life.
10/10 Excellent
"Where to begin…. Well we have already made a booking to have the privilege of staying at Mingro for two weeks next year! A well cared for cosy cottage in a fabulous location with direct access to the beautiful Rothiesholm beach. We loved the tranquil, peaceful setting and certainly didn’t miss WiFi or TV with so much beautiful scenery on the doorstep. We found everyone on the island very friendly and welcoming, always a smile and cheery wave. Researching family history we found the Heritage Centre to be a great resource and also learned so much chatting to some of the long established residents, hearing great tales of Stronsay in past times. We left Mingro feeling we had only touched the surface of all there is to explore and although Stronsay is not the easiest destination to get to it is well worth the effort."
